FELIWAY® Optimum 3 Refill Pack contains three 48 ml vials formulated with an advanced feline pheromone complex.

How do cat pheromones work?

Cats naturally produce chemical messages known as pheromones. Some of these signals help them identify their environment as a safe and familiar space.

FELIWAY® Optimum releases analogues of feline pheromones that transmit messages of serenity. This can help the cat feel more comfortable at home and better cope with potentially stressful situations, such as moving, visitors, construction, furniture changes, or living with other cats.

Easy to use

1. Remove the cap from one of the refills.
2. Screw the vial into an original CEVA electric diffuser.
3. Plug the diffuser directly into the outlet.
4. Place it in the room where your cat spends most of its time.
5. Keep the diffuser continuously plugged in, day and night.
6. Replace the refill approximately every 30 days.

Use all three refills consecutively for up to 90 days of continuous use.

Correct diffuser placement

Always plug the diffuser into the outlet in a vertical position, with the diffuser at the top and the refill below.

To allow for proper diffusion:

• Leave a minimum space of 1.20 meters above the diffuser.
• Do not place it under shelves.
• Do not install it behind doors, furniture, or curtains.
• Avoid areas with intense ventilation.
• Do not connect it to multiple outlets, power strips, or extension cords.
• Do not cover the diffuser while it is operating.

Use the refills only with an original CEVA diffuser. Do not use any other device.

Always read the leaflet and package instructions before using the product.

Important information

• FELIWAY® Optimum is not a sedative or tranquilizer.
• It can be used in conjunction with other treatments or medications following the manufacturer's instructions.
• The released pheromones are odorless to humans.
• The signals are perceived by cats and do not affect dogs or humans.
• Each refill lasts approximately 30 days.
• In large homes, divided spaces, or multi-story houses, several diffusers may be necessary.
• It is recommended to replace the diffuser after 6 months of continuous use or after using 6 refills.
• Keep the diffuser plugged in for at least 4 weeks.
• For persistent stress or behavior problems, consult a veterinarian.

Whenever possible, start using FELIWAY® approximately one week before a potentially stressful situation and continue using it for at least four weeks afterward.

If the cat continues scratching or urine marking, do not scold it, as punishment could increase its stress. FELIWAY® spray can be used as a supplement in localized areas, always following its specific instructions.

If swallowed

Immediately contact a poison control center or a doctor.

Do NOT induce vomiting.
